Tusk Genetics is a telehealth consultation company for patients. We connect patients with a skilled provider to discuss hereditary cancer risk testing, pharmacogenetic (PGx) testing, and/or polygenetic risk scores, with the goal of promoting better health outcomes and encouraging personalized medical care. After testing and consultations are complete, patients leave with a summary of their testing results to discuss with their primary provider, guided by their genetics.

Alex Childs, DMSc, PA-C has been practicing as a Physician Associate for years and has worked with patients in genetic testing. He is passionate about genetics and understands the importance of a quality model for testing: Gathering appropriate information, pre-genetic testing counseling, completing the test, then post-genetic testing counseling. Alex has repeatedly seen the positive impact genetic testing has made on his own patient outcomes, and hopes to share these positive results with all.
