How it works

Set a telehealth appointment with a provider. Select which testing you are interested in. Prior to the visit, complete all forms.

During the consultation appointment you will meet with the provider and learn how genetic testing can help in your care.

After completing the genetic test you will have a follow-up appointment to discuss results. The provider will prepare a summary with all recommendations to send to your primary care provider to continue care.
